If this sounds like just another sales pitch, it's not. This is a gift from me, from the deepest depths of my heart. I created this website because I know how I felt when I got diagnosed. If only someone had handed me a manual and said, "Here is a guidebook to help you with getting on with the rest of your life," it would have made my journey SO much easier.
Fibromyalgia is awful enough; you don't need anyone making it harder. The cost of trying new treatments or medications, switching doctors, and covering time lost at work can drain your pocketbook faster than you can say boo. At least this is something you can do for yourself, completely risk-free.
Let Me Introduce Myself...
My name is Amy, and I've had fibromyalgia for the past ten years. It's been a steep learning curve. I didn't even know what I had for the first five years. All I knew was that my body was going crazy, and the doctors I saw couldn't help me. Getting diagnosed helped, but even then it was shocking to realize how little doctors knew about the disease. Doctors are supposed to be all-powerful and all-knowing, right? ;-) Considering that many doctors "don't believe" in fibromyalgia and that it takes, on average, FIVE years to get diagnosed, you'd be forgiven for losing faith in the medical community.
Get Your Life Back
There are tons of simple, easy, free things you can do to make your life easier for yourself and your loved ones. Everyone who has lived with fibromyalgia knows a few. You don't have to wait for a doctor to start helping yourself feel better, RIGHT NOW.
Because the BIG secret about fibromyalgia is that it's only as bad as you think it is. Learn how to manage the pain in a way that works for you, and you can get on with your life and do all those things you always wanted to do. Fibromyalgia doesn't have to hold you back. You CAN live "happily ever after" - I promise. :-)
Thanks for joining me. I hope to see you inside.
